Can’t access my credit reports

My complaint is that I simply cant access credit karma to even run a credit report for myself because my x-husband set an account up in my name but used his email and therefore I cant run a credit check or anything

- - Paid last month’s due; this month shows 2582 annual charges though 560 was paid, CPP 2500 canceled with no full refund after a month.
I have paid my credit card due on last month....before the date.This month I didn't take a single rupee by using credit card...but they were showing 2582rs due amount on this month....I called customer care....they said that this amount..is annula charges....is this is a joke....ur credit card agent told me that....annual charge is 560rs....which I had alredy paid....it.But at this time they are says...annula charge is 2582 rs...what's this...another one...my card is activated for CPP... I.e 2500 rs.But I don't want CPP services ...I cancelled...it. they told to me that only half payment was refunded to u.i said ok....but my amount was not refunded even to day..also....it's more than 1 month...y my amount was not refunded..are u making fools...the customers...ur service is bad....pls resolve my pbem....with the credit card....otherwise....cancel my credit card...and refund my money to me...

Yes I have tried contacting them I don’t have a account member ship with them and they took out 39.90 from my visa debit card and I would like a refund!!

- - You must call to cancel; online cancellation isn't offered.
- - Calling by phone downgrades from $19.95 to about $9 and warns on credit score; avoid the site.
Wanted to cancel the Service, but the person on the other side of the phone made it nearly impossible. To begin with, you have to call to cancel your account, (already a hassle) instead of simply telling them online to quit charging you.
Also, if you call to cancel your account they will downgrade your account from the 19.95 to a $9, or so they say. The account page on the web site still says 19.95 though.
When I tried a second time the phone operator conveniently told me there was a change in my account status that could be detrimental to my credit score (which I think was B.S.) so that I wouldn't cancel my account. I would highly suggest any consumers to AVOID this site, or any possible brother sites linked to it.

I replied to an add on craigslist about a 4/3 home asking the location of the home in Austin Texas....kugowesaquxizi@***.com replied back by email under name Idella..said she could not give location of home because in the past it was vandalized( I was just asking for area in Austin not address) but she would be happy to send me location of home after I filled out a credit-report and gave my credit card # regardless of bad credit (red flag 2). The price range of home was too good to be true!

She never replied back when I told her I had a credit report already ...Sniff Sniff smells fishy to me. Don't do it!

Worst credit web site ever like so many have already said built around screwing you over also when asked to stop bending you over and charging you they refuse to do so had to go through a credit card fraud department and cancel my cards to stop them from screwing me each month was bad enough 1 charge but they were doing it multiple times and the dam person on the other line speaks no freaking english besides good day sir or you pay and no we wont stop giving it to you every month needless to say stay way clear of these guys equifax is a much better service

The same thing just happened to me and after reviewing your post I immediately canceled my free trial. I lost a dollar big whoop but now I won't be waiting on a reply from Doug lol.
